Hypnosis has proven to be an excellent method for the resolution of fears/phobias and addictions, however just as any Doctor will not guarantee that a patient will get better, Hypnotherapy also does not come with a guaranteed success.

 

Deposits (not including Mindset health)

 

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required when booking you FIRST appointment. This is NOT transferable and is in place to cover direct administration expenses when booking a session.

 

Post the First Appointment: If you cancel your session or wish to delay it, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

 

The Session

 

Typically sessions are 60 minutes, the first one being around 90 minutes.

 

If you have booked to STOP Smoking then please plan for 90-120 Minutes

 

Age

 

We treat people between 9-65 years of age. For patients between 9-15 a guardian must be present. The consulting therapist is CRB checked to work with children and venerable adults.

We accept cash, cheque, BACS and direct debit payments only

Membership is for an individual or Business. Support includes:

• 24 Hours of one to one Counselling via Telephone and Email
• Up to Six Hypnotherapy Sessions/annum
• Additionlal Hypnotherapy @ 35% off list price
• Premium STOP programs (Smoking, Weight, Drugs, Alcohol, Chocolate) inclusive within the six sessions provided
• Access to our network of Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Massage, Reflexology & BodyTalk practitioners @ 25% discount off list price (Surrey Clinic)
• Fee per person is single payment of £49 Admin Fee then 12 payments @ £39/month for Surrey only site or £59/month Harley Street & Surrey site.
• Existing clients are NOT required to pay the Admin Fee
• Contract Term is 12 months
• 10% Discount is for one off payment per annum
• No admission fee, No Policy Excess Fee (just phone and book)
• NO minimum subscription fee for Companies
• Therapy is conducted in Blackwater Surrey or London Harley Street
• Councelling is conducted same day as request  (Telephone/ Email)
• Hypnotherapy is conducted within 3-7 working days of request.
• No deposit is required for hypnotherapy session, but a NO show denotes either a a used hypnotherapy session OR a cancellation fee of £25 for Surrey or £45 for London Harley Street

Mindset Health Cover is NOT a replacement to any Private Medical Insurance Scheme, it does NOT work in any way with the National Health Service (NHS). The service is a subscription based private mental health care solution where therapy is conducted under hypnosis. Mindset Health Cover is NOT and does NOT represent any type of insurance policy.
